DIRECTOR NOMINATION
The Board is pleased to nominate Anna Katarina Lindström to the shareholders at the AGM 2024 as an independent non-executive director. Katarina will act as an observer of the Board with effect from 30 September 2023.
Katarina is an experienced industrial operations professional who has extensive experience in managing complex change and driving performance on both a strategic and tactical level. She is currently Chief Operating Officer at Hempel A/S, a Danish manufacturing company. She has been an independent board member at Gränges, a Swedish listed company, since 2016.
