Clarification of Record Date of Interim Dividend
On 29 August 2008, Regus announced its interim results. In the statement Regus said the interim dividend will be paid on October 10, 2008 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on September 10, 2008.
Regus would like to clarify that the interim dividend will be paid on October 13, 2008 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on September 12, 2008.
