Annual Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Viridas, the AIM listed investing company (AIM:VIR), announces that it has today posted to Shareholders its audited annual accounts for the year ended 31 December 2011 together with a Notice of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held at the offices of Adams & Remers LLP, 32 Duke Street, St James's, London SW1Y 6DF on Wednesday 27 June 2012 at 9 am.
The Notice of the Annual General Meeting contains, among other things, a resolution to update and provide more detail on the Company's Investing Policy.
Copies of the Annual Accounts and of the Notice of Annual General Meeting will shortly be available on the Company's website at www.viridas.com.
