Director Appointment

 

The Board of Regional REIT is pleased to announce that Nicole Burstow will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company as a representative of significant shareholder, Bridgemere Investments Limited, with effect from 24 October 2024.

 

Nicole has over 20 years' experience across the financial services sector and is a qualified chartered accountant. Nicole's experience includes a 15-year career at Deloitte LLP where she was a Director before moving to DSW Capital, a publicly listed mid-market challenger professional services network, initially joining as CFO and latterly Deputy CEO. During her time at DSW Capital, she was shortlisted for Chief Financial Officer of the Year at the 2023 Women in Finance Awards.

 

Nicole is currently CFO of the Bridgemere Group of companies, consisting of a portfolio of strategic long-term investments and businesses in housebuilding, land and property development and leisure.

 

There are no other details or disclosures to be made which are required under UKLR 6.4.8R

of the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules.

 

Kevin McGrath, Chairman of Regional REIT, commented: "The Board is delighted that Nicole is joining the Board of Regional REIT. Nicole's impressive career in financial services and extensive commercial experience will be of great benefit to the Company at this important stage of its life."

 

As previously announced, the Nomination Committee is progressing with the process to identify a new Non-Executive Chair to replace Kevin McGrath, who has served his nine-year tenure. A further announcement will be made by the Company in due course.
