Total Voting Rights
The Company announces that the total number of ordinary shares of £0.02 in issue at 29 June 2012 is 69,085,000, with each share carrying the right to one vote. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 69,085,000.
There are no shares held in treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
