Settlement Agreement
Real Good Food is pleased to announce that the dispute between the Group and one of its former suppliers of sugar has been settled between the parties out of court, for an amount broadly in line with the provision made in RGF's accounts to the year ended March 31, 2018, thus bringing to a satisfactory close a dispute that has been outstanding for more than a year.
