The Company announces that it was notified today, that on 1 May 2015, the wife of Christopher Thomas, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 42 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Christopher Thomas is beneficially interested in 290,363 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.42% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
