The Company announces that it was notified on 24 November 2015 that Menton Investments Limited, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 24 November 2015 at an average price of 52.825 pence per Ordinary Share. Menton Investments Limited is wholly owned by the Tulip Trust, a discretionary trust, of which Pieter Totté, Executive Chairman of the Company, and certain members of his family are discretionary beneficiaries.

Following this purchase, Pieter Totté is beneficially interested in 2,816,124 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.0% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
