Reflexion Cosmetics PLC29 July 2005 Reflexion Cosmetics plc (the "Company")Trading Update29 July 2005 Since its shares began trading on AIM on 8 March 2004, the Company (AIM: RFX)has investigated a number of potential acquisitions, none of which havecompleted. This has given rise to a number of costs some of which were incurredon a contingent basis. The production of the Company's accounts has been delayed while certain issuesrelating to these costs have been addressed. These are now resolved and it ishoped that the accounts will be posted shortly but in the interim, the Company'sshares have been suspended from trading on AIM. The Board continue to look for an acquisition and are encouraged by the numberof potential opportunities which it is considering.
