Final Dividend

As previously announced, the Board is recommending a maiden final dividend of 1.3 pence per share in respect of the period since the Company announced its intention to float on 2 February to 31 March 2017. The final dividend is expected to be paid on 20 September 2017 to shareholders on the register at 25 August 2017, not 23 August 2017 as stated in the Company's Annual Financial Results announcement on 7 June 2017. The payment of the final dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting, expected to be held in July 2017.
