("Ramsdens" or the "Company")
Director/PDMR transaction notification
Ramsdens, the diversified financial services provider and retailer, announces that on 8 February 2021, the following conditional awards were granted over 1p ordinary shares in the capital of the Company under the Ramsdens Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").

The intention to grant the conditional awards was disclosed in Ramsdens' 2020 Annual Report and Accounts, published on the 18 December 2020.
The LTIP awards for the Directors and PDMRs will vest in 2023 in accordance with the plan rules and are subject to the achievement of performance targets, with 50% of any award based on growing the Earnings per Share and 50% of any award based on the delivery of the Total Shareholder Return.
These targets will be measured over a three-year period of the three financial years to 31st March 2023. The amounts shown above represent the maximum amount of shares that could be awarded to the executive team should the performance targets be achieved.
A further 17 members of the senior management team have been granted conditional awards as part of the Company's remuneration strategy to align the senior team with its shareholders and longer-term objectives.
