("Ramsdens", the Group, or the "Company")
Director/PDMR Shareholding - CSOP scheme update
Ramsdens, the diversified financial services provider and retailer, announced on 17 March 2022, that the Company would implement a Company Share Option Plan (the "CSOP") for 20 Senior Managers within the Group for a total of 110,000 shares.
The CSOP award was subject to HMRC approval which has now been obtained. Accordingly, the CSOP was implemented on 23 June 2022 with an exercise price of 200.5 pence per share. All other aspects of the scheme remain unchanged.
The only PDMR to be granted options under the CSOP is Jason Carr and the details of his award are below.
