Director/PDMR transaction notification
Ramsdens, the diversified financial services provider and retailer, announces that on 20th August 2018 Peter Kenyon, Chief Executive Officer of Ramsdens Holdings PLC Limited transferred 841,250 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company to his wife Christine Kenyon for nil consideration.
Following the transfer, Mr. Kenyon's total holding of shares in the Company (including shares held in his wife's name) remains unchanged at 1,091,250 shares representing approximately 3.54% of the total issued shares in the Company
