Renewable Energy Holdings plc21 December 2007 21 December 2007 Renewable Energy Holdings plc ("REH" or "the Company") Director Shareholding Renewable Energy Holdings plc (AIM: REH), the AIM quoted investor and operatorof proven and innovative renewable energy technologies, was informed by Mr AlanR Burns, a non-executive director of REH, that on 18 December 2007, 207,665ordinary shares in REH were sold by Statelink Holdings Pty Ltd, thesuperannuation fund of Mr Burns, to Carnegie Corporation Limited (CNM). Following the sale Mr Burns has an interest in 26,645 ordinary shares in REH,via Statelink Holdings Pty Ltd, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued sharecapital. Mr. Burns is Chairman and Founder of Carnegie Corporation Ltd of Australia whichis a partner of REH in the commercialisation of REH's CETO wave powertechnology.
