REH announces that the following options to purchase new ordinary shares in REH were issued to Michael J Proffitt, a director, on the following dates:

All options have a vesting period of three years and a ten year contractual term from the date of the grant.
As a result of the option issues set out above, Michael J Proffitt is interested in options to purchase 1,725,000 new ordinary shares in REH.
The options disclosed in this announcement were disclosed in the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007, save that the exercise price of the options issued on 21 August 2007 has been increased from 46.0p to 49.5p, being the average closing market price of REH's shares for the three business days following the announcement of the Company's interim results on 24 September 2007.
