Regent Inns PLC13 September 2006 13 September 2006 Regent Inns PLC ("the Company") Result of EGM On 10 August 2006, Regent Inns PLC announced the acquisition of Spirit Managed (Old Orleans) Limited ("the Acquisition"). At the Company's EGM held today, the resolution approving the Acquisition, as detailed in the circular sent to shareholders on 24 August 2006, was duly passed. The Company expects completion of the Acquisition to take place on 17 September 2006.
