Management and Board Appointment

red24 plc, the crisis management assistance company, is pleased to announce that Mr Nick Powis has joined the Company as Head of Operations and that Mr John Michael Brigg has been appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Nick joins red24 from Marsh Ltd, where he was Crisis Consultancy Director. He has 20 years' international security risk-management and crisis-management experience and he will further strengthen the management team.

Michael Brigg ("Micky") has extensive knowledge and experience across the Insurance industry, involving start-ups, mergers & acquisitions, business and growth strategy and customer management, with a particular focus over the past 24 years on Asia, India and the Middle East, including time heading up the RSA operations for South East Asia and India. He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
