AGM STATEMENT

Simon Richards, Chairman of red24 plc ("red 24" or the "group"), the provider of security assistance services, will, at its Annual General Meeting to be held this morning at 11:00 am at the Company's offices in London, make the following statement:

"We have enjoyed a satisfactory start to our fiscal year, with sales and profit before tax both marginally ahead of last year.

Our Food Safety product continues to win new clients and we are pleased to announce that we have now been retained by a ninth underwriter. As a result we have appointed a food safety specialist in the US and we are on course to achieve the revenue goals set for this product at the AGM last year.

I am pleased to welcome Robert Peasgood to his first AGM. Robert, who is an experienced security professional and a former army officer, has been recruited to take charge of the day to day operations of our London office, so freeing up the Chief Executive to concentrate on the development of the group, both internationally and, potentially, by acquisition.

We are pleased to announce the opening of a small office in the financial district of New York and also that we have agreed, in principle, to acquire the ownership of our Cape Town premises.

The group continues to generate cash and the Board expects to be able to announce an increase in dividend of at least 20% at the time of the publication of the half year statement in November."
