The Company announces that on 3 January 2017 Neil O'Brien, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 625,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following his participation in the Placing announced by the Company on 8 December 2016, at a price of 8.0 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Transaction").
Following the Transaction, Mr O'Brien is interested in a total of 625,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.10 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
