The highest price and lowest price paid forthese shares were €5.50 and €5.50 respectively. The purchased shares will allbe cancelled. Following the above purchase, the Company has a total of 39,561,202 ordinaryshares in issue. The number of ordinary shares purchased represented 0.035% ofthe voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior tosuch purchases.
