REAL ESTATE CREDIT INVESTMENTS PCC LIMITED (THE "COMPANY")
RESULT OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that, at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today (the "AGM"), all resolutions were approved by shareholders on a show of hands.
As previously announced on 2 July, Mr Talmai Morgan had indicated his intention to stand down from the conclusion of the AGM and, accordingly, he retired from the Board immediately following today's meeting. At the AGM, Bob Cowdell, Chairman of RECI, thanked Talmai for his loyal and valuable service to the Company over the ten years since its launch in 2005.
