Real Estate Credit Investments PCC Limited (the "Company")

AGM, intention to withdraw resolution announcement

Real Estate Credit Investments PCC Limited announces that Resolution 7 to be proposed at the forthcoming AGM scheduled for 5 September is intended to be withdrawn.

Resolution 7 stated "that the waiver granted by the Panel of the obligation that would otherwise arise on any member of the Concert Party to make a general offer to the Shareholders of the Company pursuant to Rule 9 of the Code as a result of the exercise by the Company of the Core Buy Back Authority (and any renewal thereof, subject to the 12 month duration of the waiver granted by the Panel and without prejudice to the maximum in the original Core Buy Back Authority which shall continue to apply by reference to the Issued Share Capital in the Core of the Company as at the Annual General Meeting), each as described in the Circular of which this Notice forms part, be approved."

Subsequent to the posting of the Notice to the AGM the waiver to which Resolution 7 related was withdrawn (following a reduction in the concert party's aggregate holdings). The passing of Resolution 7 would therefore be to no effect.
