REACT Group PLC, the specialist provider of rapid response deep cleaning and emergency decontamination services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Christopher Barnes to the Board of the Company with immediate effect as Finance Director. Christopher was previously appointed as interim Chief Finance Officer on 11 September 2017.

Chris is an qualified chartered accountant with 17 years' experience within a range of different industries. Since 2014 he has been providing strategic and financial consultancy services to a portfolio of businesses throughout the UK, implementing significant change management programs through Secure and Profitable Growth Ltd. As an Associate of The F Word he has been delivering financial coaching through the D2N2 High Growth program and achieving transformative results. Prior to that he spent 3 years as Finance Director for Biowood Recycling Ltd and 5 years as Finance Director for Dartex Coatings Ltd.

Mr Barnes' full name is Christopher Nicholas Barnes; he is 36 years old.
