Board Appointment

The Board of REACT Group PLC is pleased to announce the appointment to the Board of Andrea Pankhurst FCA as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect.

Andrea joined the Group in January 2019 and has been Finance Director of REACT Specialist Cleaning Limited, the Group's operating subsidiary, since 1 January 2020. After training at Coopers & Lybrand Deloitte, Andrea has worked in SMEs in various business sectors and gained extensive experience of improving financial controls and reporting.

Gill Leates, Non-Executive Chairman, commented: "We are delighted to promote Andrea to Chief Financial Officer. Since joining REACT Andrea has materially raised the efficiency of the finance function within the Company. This includes upgrading the financial controls, reporting, and budgeting, which are all particularly important as the Company continues to grow."
