Contract Win

REACT Group plc (AIM: REAT.L), the leading specialist cleaning, hygiene, and decontamination company, is pleased to announce it has been awarded a multi-year contract to perform deep cleaning, window and façade cleaning across c.350 mainland UK locations for a prestigious high-street fast-food chain.

Importantly, this contract win has come as a direct result of cross-selling REACT's complementary service offerings to an established customer of LaddersFree Ltd ("LaddersFree"), the commercial window cleaning business acquired in May 2022.

The agreement is expected to run for two years, with up to two deep cleans per year. The contract will be fulfilled by a team of skilled resources pulled from all three divisions of the REACT Group, while being managed by a single point of engagement with the Group. LaddersFree will focus on cleaning the windows and façades, while Fidelis and REACT will provide internal specialist deep cleaning. The value of work in the current financial year, ending 30 September 2023, is estimated to be approximately £0.8m.
