Contract win
REACT (AIM: REAT.L), the leading specialist cleaning, hygiene and decontamination company, is pleased to announce it has been awarded a new contract to provide specialist deep cleaning services on a regular basis to an incremental part of one of the Group's existing customers operating in the social housing sector.
Importantly, this contract win has come as the result of cross-selling to an established customer of Fidelis Contract Services Ltd ("Fidelis"), the commercial cleaning, hygiene and facility support services business acquired by REACT, as announced on 29 March 2021.
The contract, commencing 2nd November 2021, has been awarded on an initial twelve-month term by a large housing repairs & maintenance organisation responsible for over 40 social housing clients throughout the United Kingdom. The contract is worth between £200,000 and £250,000 per year and involves both reactive and planned maintenance void clearances throughout the southwestern region of England, servicing a potential housing stock of c.32,000 homes.
