AGM Trading Update
At the Company's AGM, to be held at 3.00pm today, the Chairman, John Matthews, will make the following statement:
"The Board is pleased to report that over the first seven months of the financial year we have progressed well. Verdes was pleased to announce on the 23 March 2012 the two live projects that we have been engaged to carry out. Verdes has been working on a number of public company projects and we feel reasonably confident that some of these will convert in the near future.
"Accordingly, the Board is optimistic that the increasing market acceptance of our offering is indicative of an improving outlook albeit against the backdrop of less certain economic conditions."
A further update will be given at the time of the half year results for the six month period to 31 March 2012, which the Directors expect to release in early June.
