R.E.A. Holdings plc (the "company") - second interim dividend

In the company's half yearly report for the six months ended 30 June 2009, it was stated that, in the absence of unforeseen circumstances, the directors intended to declare a second interim dividend, in lieu of final, in respect of 2009 for payment in January 2010, of 2 pence per ordinary share making a total dividend of 4 pence per ordinary share, a first interim dividend of 2 pence per ordinary share having been paid in September 2009.

Accordingly, after due consideration, the directors have today declared a second interim dividend, in lieu of final, for the year ending 31 December 2009 of 2 pence per ordinary share. This will be paid on 29 January 2010 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 4 January 2010.
