Grant of Options
Rosslyn (AIM: RDT), the provider of a leading cloud-based enterprise data analytics platform, announces that, on 14 December 2022 (the "Grant Date"), the Company granted a total of 17,250,000 options over ordinary shares of 0.5p in the Company ("Options"), including to two PDMRs as follows:

The Options have been granted under the Rosslyn 2014 EMI Share Option Plan (except those to Mr. Watts) and expire 10 years from the Grant Date. The exercise price of 0.99p represents the average mid-market closing price of the Company's shares on AIM over the 30 days preceding the Grant Date.
