Rosslyn Data Technologies plc (AIM: RDT), a leading provider of a cloud-based enterprise data analytics platform was notified on 4 November 2014 that Hugh Cox, an Executive Director of the Company, had purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 20.30 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this acquisition, Hugh Cox is interested in 9,506,162 Ordinary Shares representing 12.60% of the Company's current issued share capital.
