Board changes
Rosslyn Data Technologies plc (AIM: RDT), a leading global big data technology company, today announces that Roger Bullen, CEO, is stepping down from the board of the Company with immediate effect, but he will remain available to the board for transition assistance over the coming six months.
The board would like to express their gratitude to Roger for his more than five years of service in the roles of both CFO and CEO. During his tenure, the company has won numerous blue-chip clients, made two successful acquisitions and last year raised £7 million for the Group's next stage of growth.
Paul Watts, who joined Rosslyn in August 2020 as Chief Customer Officer, becomes CEO. Paul brings over 25 years' experience in growing international B2B Software as a Service businesses and has a track record of delivering fast organic growth with measurable customer success through his customer-centric approach. Prior to joining Rosslyn Paul was President and CEO at Blue Prism KK Japan, a Robotic Process Automation company with a large, multinational client base.
During the transition period, James Appleby, Chairman will be committing more time to the Group for at least the next six months, and Ash Mehta will be taking on additional responsibilities in the CFO role.
The Company expects the results for the year ending 30 April 2021 to be in line with market expectations and will be issuing a trading update in late May.
