TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

Redefine International, a UK Real Estate Investment Trust ("UK-REIT"), is pleased to announce that further to the completion of the placing confirmed on 20 February 2014, 115,080,100 Ordinary Shares in the Company have today been admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities and on the Main Board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares, in all respects.

Following Admission the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,270,328,654. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. The figure of 1,270,328,654 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
