As at 31 December 2023, Hannah Rothschild's beneficial and non-beneficial interests in the Company (which included the above Shares) comprised the following:
14,358,443 Ordinary shares of £1.00 each (9.7% of the Company's issued share capital, exclusive of treasury shares) held beneficially.
15,402,708 Ordinary shares of £1.00 each (10.4% of the Company's issued share capital, exclusive of treasury shares) held non-beneficially.
