Redcentric plc ("the "Company")
Exercise of Options
Redcentric plc (AIM: RCN), announces that on 6 August 2019 it received notice of exercise in relation to the exercise of employee share options over 13,492 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") issued under the Company's Save As You Earn (SAYE) Option Plan 2014.
Accordingly, application has been made for 13,492 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 20 August 2019.
Following Admission, the Company will have a total of 149,148,808 Ordinary Shares in issue with one voting right per share.
The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
