Total Voting Rights
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market of the following:
At close of business on 31 October 2017, the Company's issued share capital consists of 283,459,571 ordinary shares with voting rights and a nominal value of 10 pence each. The Company holds 9,640,620 ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 273,818,951.
The above figure (273,818,951 ordinary shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
