RC Fornax (AIM:RCFX), the UK-based consultancy delivering high-impact engineering solutions to the defence sector's most critical platforms - accredited, in-demand, and built to scale - announces that Rob Shepherd, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has acquired an aggregate of 93,000 ordinary shares of £0.0025 each in capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 26.8 pence per share.
As a result of this purchase, Rob Shepherd is interested in 93,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.16% of the total voting rights of the Company.
