The Board of Ricardo, a market leading Environmental consulting and Transport engineering services company, today announces that Mark Garrett, 57, has given notice of his intention to resign from the Board and as Group Strategy Officer to pursue other interests. Mark will leave the business in the summer and will remain within the Group until then to ensure a timely and professional handover of his operations and close out the 2019/20 financial year.

Sir Terry Morgan, Non-Executive Chairman, said:

"On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Mark for his contribution over many years with the Group since he joined in 1998. During this time, he has held a number of roles and has always been a leading advocate of innovation, professional engineering and development of young engineers. Mark has been a valued member of the Board and I wish him the very best."
