Confirmation of CFO change and Board appointment
Ricardo plc, a global strategic, environmental, and engineering consulting company, announces that further to the announcements made on 3 April 2023 and 3 July 2023, Judith Cottrell, who joined as a Board Director and as Chief Financial Officer Designate of the Company on 1 July 2023, has today been appointed Chief Financial Officer.
Ian Gibson, the previous CFO, has stepped down from the Board following his retirement.
Mark Clare, Chair of Ricardo, commented: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to express my deep gratitude to Ian Gibson for his significant work and commitment to Ricardo over the past 10 years and for all his support over the last three months in ensuring an orderly handover period with Judith.
