Reconstruction Capital II Limited ("RC2" or the "Company")

The Company announces that at close of business on 30 September 2023 its unaudited net asset value ("NAV") per share was ?0.1710.

Material error in Policolor SA ("Policolor") 2022 consolidated financials

The Company announces that the auditors of Policolor have issued an unqualified restated audit opinion on the consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2022, due to a material error found in the consolidation, where 'Other operating expenses' were overstated by ?896k. The Policolor financial statements as previously notified by RC2 in the June 2023 Quarterly Report now show an increased EBITDA of ?2,810k and a reduced loss before tax of ?518k.
