The Company was notified today that Moritz Fried, a director of New Europe Capital DOO, an investment adviser of the Company, purchased 35,000 ordinary shares of β¬0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") on 22 February 2011 at a price of β¬0.63 per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Fried is interested in 101,917 Ordinary Shares,
representing 0.10% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
