Director Shareholdings
The Company was informed on 23 December 2011 of the following director dealings:
On 22 December 2011 Mr. Howard Golden, a director of the Company, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of €0.46 per Ordinary Share.
On 22 December 2011, Mr. Dirk Van den Broeck, a director of the Company, and interests connected to him, purchased 355,994 Ordinary Shares. at a price of €0.46 per Ordinary Share.
On 23 December 2011 interests connected to Mr. Ion Florescu, a director of the Company, purchased 520,993 Ordinary Shares at a price of €0.46 per OrdinaryShare.
Following these transactions:
Mr. Howard Golden is interested in 788,738 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.79% of the total voting rights of the Company.
Mr. Dirk Van den Broeck is the beneficial owner, either directly or indirectly of 1,736,831 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.74% of the total voting rights of the Company.
Mr. Ion Florescu is the beneficial owner either directly or indirectly of 3,745,568 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.75% of the total voting rights of the Company
