Director Shareholding
The Company was today informed that on 3 March 2009 Mr Ion Florescu, a director of the Company, purchased 27,985 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of €0.33 per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Ion Florescu is interested in 784,345 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.78% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
It is intended that Mr Florescu will transfer 2,099 of the Ordinary Shares purchased on 3 March to a director of New Europe Capital DOO, one of the investment advisers of the Company, and a further announcement will be made in due course.
