Correction re Director Shareholding
The Company was informed on 17 March 2009 that on 12 March 2009 Mr Dirk Van den Broeck, a director of the Company, purchased 58,378 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of €0.32 per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Dirk Van den Broeck is interested in 1,380,837 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.38% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
