Appointment of Non - Executive Director
The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Mihai Radoi as a Non - Executive Director to the Company with immediate effect.
Mr. Mihai Radoi (aged 61), is British and Romanian citizen who has lived in the UK for over 20 years since 1991. Mr. Radoi served as the Managing Director of The Anglo Romanian Bank Limited London from 1991 until 2011. In 2012, Mr. Radoi joined the Board of The Romanian Investment Fund Limited as an independent director. Mr. Radoi has previously served on the board of various subsidiaries of RC2's portfolio company East Point Holdings Limited in Serbia.
Mihai Radoi currently holds, and has held (including all appointments during the five years preceding the date of this announcement), the following directorships and partnerships, other than of the Company:

There are no further disclosures to be made in relation to Mr. Radoi under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) (i)-(viii) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
