Trading Statement 

Adventis Group plc (Adventis - ATG), the AIM-quoted full service multimedia marketing and advertising agency, announces the following trading update for the year ended 31 December 2009.

Results for the year ended 31 December 2009 are expected to be in line with market expectations. All divisions of the Group traded profitably in 2009 and considerable further economies were achieved, the benefits of which will be reflected fully in 2010.

The current year has started with an improved visibility of sales in most divisions and the Board anticipates a better year for the Group. The Board will continue to pursue appropriate M&A opportunities in 2010, supported by the additional institutional investment made in Q4 2009.

Adventis expects to announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2009 towards the end of March 2010.
