Adventis Group PLC05 January 2005 ADVENTIS GROUP PLC Issue of Equity 5 January 2005 Adventis Group plc ("the Company"), the specialist multimedia and marketingagency, today announces that it has issued and allotted 930,300 new OrdinaryShares of 0.25p each as part of the initial consideration for the acquisition ofAffiniti (UK) Ltd, a leading marketing, design and advertising agency within thehealthcare sector. The terms of such acquisition have already been announced on16 December 2004. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Sharesof 0.25p each in the Company and trading of these new shares on AIM is expectedto commence on 10 January 2005.
