Further re Acquisition
Further to its announcement ofΒ 10 June 2008Β in connection with the acquisition of Second2 Limited, the Company notifies that the share element of the initial consideration will be satisfied through the issue of 1,691,726 new ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Shares"), not 1,698,113 Shares as previously announced.
Admission and Total Voting Rights
Admission to trading on AIM of the new Shares is expected on 16 June 2008, at which time the Company's issued share capital shall consists ofΒ 43,335,842Β Shares, with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Shares in Treasury. Therefore the total number of Shares in the Company with voting rights isΒ 43,335,842, which figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
