 DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company" or "RB") announces the following change in the interests of a Director in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

The Company was notified on 3 March 2020 that Laxman Narasimhan, Chief Executive Officer, purchased a total of 17,241 Shares on 3 March 2020 at a price of £58.00 per share. This equates to an investment of

c.£1m in RB.

Following this initial investment by Mr Narasimhan, he has a beneficial holding of 17,241 Shares in the Company, representing 0.0024% of the total voting rights of the Company.

The Company also wishes to announce that Jeff Carr, who it was previously announced will join RB as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director on or before 9 April 2020, purchased 20,000 Shares on 2 March 2020 at a price of £57.48 per share.

The following notification in respect of Laxman Narasimhan's purchase is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2-A, incorporating article 19(1) of the Market Abuse Regulation.
