Director's Dealing

Pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2, the following information falls to be disclosed:

The Company was notified today that the Cassian and Lily Bilton Trust, a trust of which Mr Bilton's immediate family are beneficiaries, exercised 168,000 warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares"). Following this transaction the beneficial interest of Anton Bilton, Executive Deputy Chairman of the Company and his immediate family is 52,728,979 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.5608% of the issued ordinary share capital and 11,151,075 warrants.
