On 1 April 2019, Stephen Coe, Non Executive Director of the Company subscribed for 578 scrip preference shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Preference Shares") in respect of the preference share dividend for the period 31 December 2018 to (but excluding) 31 March 2019.
Following these subscriptions Stephen Coe and his immediate family have a beneficial interest in 76,971 Preference Shares.
